Mr. Barry Chan has over 20 years' experiences has in securities and financial sectors in Hong Kong and the Mainland China, including an 11-year experience as a securities regulator at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd. (HKEx).
Since joining CICC in September 2010, Mr. CHAN has been responsible for developing CICC's investment banking business in Hong Kong and overseas. He led the team to complete the IPOs of many SOEs, privately-owned Chinese enterprises, international and local corporations. He is also involved in other capital market transactions including debt insurances, M&As and follow-on issues.
Prior to joining CICC, Mr. CHAN was a senior member of the Listing Division of the HKEx, supervising the review of listing applications of local, Mainland Chinese and international corporations, and the ongoing compliance of listed issuers. He was also a member of Mainland - Hong Kong Joint Working Group on Financial Affairs. He maintains excellent relationships with the securities regulators in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Mr.CHAN obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr. CHAN is also a qualified accountant

JohnC.Lee is Vice Chairman and Head of Greater China, Global Banking for UBS AG. Mr.Lee joined UBS AG in March 2017 and is currently responsible for senior clientcoverage and origination efforts for M&A and equity and debt capitalmarkets origination efforts in the Greater China region. He has over 25 yearsof investment banking experience with transactions across Asia in a wide rangeof product areas. Prior to joining UBS AG, John worked at Bank of AmericaMerrill Lynch for 20 years from 1996-2016 as Vice Chairman of Asia Coverage andHead of Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau coverage and at Bear Stearns Asia Limitedfor 2 years from 1994-1996. Mr. Lee is a Council Member of The Better Hong KongFoundation and also a Committee Member of the Hong Kong Trade DevelopmentCouncil Financial Services Advisory Committee and Vice Chairman of HongKong-Mainland International Investment Society.
Johnholds a BBA degree from Southern Methodist University in the U.S., with aconcentration in Finance and Real Estate.

Toto Ku is the Head of Greater China at Datasite (formerly Merrill Corporation), responsible for the company’s rapid growth in the mainland. He leads the expansion of Datasite’s footprint in the market, now trusted by thousands of corporates and PEs in China to securely source, manage and execute their deals and transactions faster.
Toto has more than 10 years’ experience in the finance industry, holding senior management roles in portfolio companies of KKR, Bain Capital and other global organizations, with a focus on financial technologies.
He specializes in helping global companies establish their footprint in China, successfully developing multiple opportunities for business growth over the past decade. Toto also has set up several real estate brokerage firms in Hong Kong serving hedge funds and PEs.

Perris has been heading Acuris's ECM coverage in Asia since 2015, specializing in the equity linked bond market, which he started covering since joining Dealreporter, in 2011, as a Taipei correspondent. He has recently also been appointed as the Asia director ECM Insights, a column backed by Acuris and Dealogjc.
Prior to Acuris, he worked for Dow Jones Newswires and Bloomberg News in Taipei, covering monetary and fiscal policies, as well as sector coverage with a focus on banking.
