Senia Rapisarda joined HarbourVest in 2014 to focus on partnership and direct co-investments in Canada and to expand HarbourVest’s local presence in the market.
Senia joined the Firm from BDC Venture Capital, where she was responsible for the establishment of a team focused on direct and indirect investments across Canada. Her previous experience includes positions at Nur Energie in London, London Business School, Nomura International, and Salomon Brothers, among other roles.

Salil is involved in the origination and execution of corporate transactions for Sun Life globally, including traditional mergers & acquisitions, equity investments, partnerships and joint ventures. Prior to joining Sun Life, Salil worked in various roles across corporate development, corporate strategy and investment banking at Scotiabank, RBC Global Asset Management, and RBC Capital Markets. Salil received an M.B.A from The University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business and a B. Eng. in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University. He is a CFA Charter holder and holds the designation of CBV.

As the National Mining and Metals Co-Leader at EY Canada, Jeff leads a team of professionals across the country supporting mining and metals companies as they pursue their growth ambitions in the wake of a transformed competitive and operating landscape.
Jeff leverages years of business strategy, structuring, change management, M&A and relationship building experience in CEO/CFO positions for intermediate to large public companies and over 25 years of experience in the sector and finance. Jeff has successfully built and led finance teams through the different stages of financing, construction and production. He also brings international experience in the mining and finance industries with an extensive network, operating and undergoing development in North and South America, as well as Africa.
Jeff has served on boards of publicly-traded companies, such as First Cobalt and Tonbridge Power. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Toronto and a four-year Honours Economics degree from the University of Western Ontario. He’s also a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Rachel covers technology in North America from Mergermarket's Southeast bureau in Charlottesville, Virginia. She joined the company in February 2020 and writes about M&A and capital raising across tech sectors from property technology to digital lenders to IT solutions. Prior to joining Mergermarket, Rachel wrote about the financial technology sector at S&P Global Market Intelligence. She holds a bachelor's degree in business journalism from Washington and Lee University.
