Jeroen Lenssen is a Senior Director at The Riverside Company where he focuses on the Benelux and Nordic regions.
He works from Riverside’s Brussels office and joined the firm in 2008.
Jeroen served on the board of various portfolio companies across Europe, and currently is a board member at Reima in Finland and Mintra Holding in Norway which he IPO-ed last year. Before joining Riverside Jeroen worked in investment banking for a number of years. He is a Dutch national and holds a M.sC. in Business Administration from Vrije University in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Harry Ghillemyn is a Counsel in the Financial Restructuring practice for the European Offices and part of the Luxembourg Finance practice. His practice advises all types of clients on a wide range of banking and capital markets matters, with a particular focus on fund finance, real estate finance, banking regulatory matters, securitization and listing of debt securities.
Mr. Ghillemyn also routinely advises clients on complex cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, including security enforcement, and is a member of INSOL.

Jessica leads buy and sell-side due diligence projects including the sale of VIVAT, advising Blackstone on the purchase of NIBC, the current sale mandate for the remaining DSB portfolio and many others in Real Estate, Loan portfolios and wider FS. Jessica made partner in July 2018 and has topped the league table among PwC FDD partners in MenA both of her years as partner. Prior to joining Deals in 2014 Jessica spent 5 years in CMAAS and 4 years in Audit fully focused on FS.

Jerome joined Datasite in 2008 as our first Sales Director in France, with an established track record in IT sales.
Based in Paris, he now heads up sales for France, Southern Europe, Benelux and other French-speaking countries, and is also involved in global product development and transformation initiatives for Datasite.
During his tenure at Datasite, Jerome has worked on more than 2,500 transactions/projects for M&A, financing, fundraising, restructuring, IPOs, and licensing deals.
Jerome holds an “Ingenieur-Maitre” diploma from Sceaux Paris XI University (France)and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Newcastle University(UK).
