Mr. Francis has over 25 years of experience in M&A and financial operations in the healthcare industry and has managed a wide variety of projects, from acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and financial restructurings to joint ventures and strategic alliance formation. He has closed more than 200 transactions involving healthcare providers and facilities of all types, managed care, and healthcare IT. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Francis directed a national team of acquisition professionals as Vice President of M&A for the home health division of Hospital Corporation of America. He speaks frequently on M&A and finance in the healthcare industry. Mr. Francis holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Baylor University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Michael Kennedy is the Regional Vice President of Sales at Datasite with nearly three decades of various technology, operations, sales, and sales leadership roles.

As employee number two at Datasite, Michael was the driving force behind Datasite's push to move the corporate due diligence process from a purely paper-oriented environment to an electronic medium. He is a mentor to dozens of sales employees at Datasite and is a go-to resource for expertise on the sales process.
